We stayed at the Blue Heron on a nice 50 degree sunny day in March. We brought our 2.5 year old along with us and we were fortunate to be the only ones renting that Saturday so we had the run of the place to ourselves. Our 2.5 year old likes slamming doors and thumping around so that worked out. Regan was very accommodating. The views were fantastic. Our room was huge and the bed was legitimately comfortable (we stayed in the king suite number 2). Breakfast was great. Some of the best bacon I've had in a while. It was a very nice experience with lots of things to do in walking distance. Thanks again Blue Heron!

This place is a hidden gem. Hard to see from the road, it offers a perfect weekend getaway with a beautiful view of the water over solomons island. This is a must see if you want to visit a bed and breakfast. Also, this is directly next door to the lighthouse inn restaurant, the best restaurant in solomons island.
We were recently hired as vendors at this beautiful location tucked away on Solomon's Island. I gotta tell you, finding this gem is well worth your time! I only regret not getting to enjoy the view in the sunshine.
