BEWARE: Even with a legal binding contract that required the owner (Paul Celmar)/management of this business to contact the owner of stored property if there were any concerns with the property being stored; the contract required the owner to call, contact, mail certified mail, and then in the worst case scenario allowed the business owner to sell the property to cover any outstanding balances and THEN RETURN ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY GREATER THAN THE BALANCE OWED; THIS OWNER SOLD ALL MY PROPERTY THAT WAS WORTH $28,000.00 WHEN I WAS OUT OF STATE, DID NOT CONTACT ME, AND STATED THAT I OWED HIM $132.00!!!!! THIS BUSINESS IS A DISHONEST SCAM AND WILL SELL YOUR PROPERTY OUT FROM UNDER YOU GIVEN THE SLIGHTEST OPPORTUNITY IF YOU ARE AWAY FROM THE AREA THINKING YOUR PROPERTY IS SAFE. i LOST ALL MY FAMILY HEIRLOOMS, PHOTOS, ANTIQUES, VINTAGE COIN COLLECTION, MUSICAL INSTURMENTS, VINTAGE CAMERAS, ETC.
